All requests for orders must contain the correct email address and
phone number.

We usually ship within two business days from receipt of
payment. Orders made prior to noon Central Standard
Time are shipped the same day.

Your credit card is not charged for diaper service orders until diapers are shipped to you.
For gift orders, your credit card is charged for the full gift amount when the initial shipment is made.

There is no shipping charge for orders delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states
of the U.S. For deliveries outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please call
Customer Service at 1-877-67STORK

A confirmation email will
be sent upon receipt of an order. Corrections to
the order may be made by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-67STORK.

All deliveries are made by FedEx ground with delivery taking between 4-6 business days.
